These are the three main things most property management companies check, so what makes us different? We take the extra step and verify landlord history information and do an eviction history search. Nationwide, about one out of 3 applications contains either lies or omissions on the application regarding their rental history.

We also attempt to verify the owner on record for all the addresses on the application. About 50% of the applications we receive at our office don’t meet our standards. This helps to assure you have a great resident in your rental home.
