Our leasing process starts with proper pricing. Your local market will drive the rental price, and we’ll conduct a comparable analysis to find the right price that’s geared to minimizing downtime while getting you the maximum amount of rental income. We’ll also work with our maintenance and rehab crews to inspect the property thoroughly and make sure it’s ready to attract the best residents.

 

Marketing and Showings

Marketing and advertising requires strategy and a constant review of results. We’ll provide exceptional ads for your listing through social media and other avenues, and will use innovative technology to track who is viewing the ads, responding to the ads, and contacting us for showings. We will also use state-of-the-art technology to enable prospective residents to see the home whenever it’s convenient for them, and to promptly answer questions and offer applications.

Resident placement is a critical part of property management. As all investors know, the success of your property and the preservation of your asset depends on a resident treating it well and paying rent. Our access to nationwide criminal, credit, and eviction background checks will ensure only the most qualified residents are approved to move into your property. We will talk as necessary to current and former landlords, verify employment and income, and make a fast, accurate determination that places a tenant who will pay on time, follow the terms of the lease, and otherwise take care of your investment.
